character selection

ok when i try to make a char and is all ready and i click create the game just freeze and it say "you cannot create this char" and it just frezze and dont let me do anythign at all, any idea wats wrong?

you probaly tryed to create an char that has have been in a crahs, if not your useing the wrong rappelz version , altho you already made a char like you said.

Conclusion :

The character already exzists.
