Create a Banner event

Who ever creates a banner with those options wins 250m.

*** image must be ***
468x60 in size.
must have moveable text ( atleast 3 diffrent ones that move. )
must look good and shiny.
must include those lines :

Join us [2]
(rates) [3]
and lots lots more [4]
join now [5]
